Club representatives reiterated the need for protection of the stadium's possible loss of availability and capacity during the works. The interventions will therefore have to be compatible with the schedule of matches, sporting events and entertainment events, to avoid economic damage, "but above all to maintain an engaging, safe and comfortable experience for spectators and spectators", reads the note from Palazzo Marino.

Urban developments in the San Siro area, particularly its redevelopment, will have to be considered in the project. Binding issue also è that the stadium will have to become owned by the teams.
