Ruggero Tita and Caterina Banti are one step away from repeating the gold, struck in Tokyo in 2020, at the Paris 2024 Olympics in the Nacra 17. The Italian pair, in fact, finished in second place in the twelfth race, behind China’s Mai-Chen, maintaining a 14-point lead over Argentina’s Majdalani-Bosco (only twelfth) in the overall standings.
