Manuel Poggiali frames the differences between Pecco Bagnaia and Jorge Martin
During an interview given to the microphones of the Spanish newspaper "Marca", Gresini and Ducati Factory team coach Manuel Poggiali, among other topics discussed, expressed himself on the rainbow fight between Pecco Bagnaia and Jorge Martin. More specifically, the San Marino native tried to identify the respective strengths of the two rivals.
"Martin has an innate speed that makes him competitive and fast right from the start. In the first part of the race è he is among the best and it is no accident that he has won soì many Sprint Races. His greatest strength è being always fast in every situation" began the San Marino coach.
"Pecco is also going strong, but with him we have to grow in some points, in some phases of riding that I do not reveal becauseè we work together and è it is obvious that I know better about things. A peculiarityè of Bagnaia è that he è able to transform very quickly what is given to him and manage to be more and more fast" added the 41-year-old former centaur.
"He also has the security of being world champion, this helps him in management, both during individual races and the entire championship. It's a strength he will be able to rely on in the fight with Martin in this second part of the season" concluded Manuel Poggiali.
