Difficult episode in Belarus
That Slutsk and Soligorsk were not putting on a great show in the match valid for the top league of Belarus had been noticed by many: chances with the dropper, great confusion in the midfield.
Breaking things up, then, came a dog. The friendly quadruped, after an’hour of play, with the teams pinned at a 0-0 start, thought it best to invade the field.
No orderly decided to disturb the animal, which fraternized with some of the players and, to the hilarity of the audience and the match commentator, scampered around the turf for a few minutes before exiting to applause.
The dog show, however, did not change the situation either: at the triple whistle the goals of Slutsk and Soligorsk were still untouched.
