A Champions League preview for Cesc Fabregas’s Como. The Larians will face Arsenal—the Spanish coach’s former team—at 8:30 p.m. at the Emirates Stadium. The match will be broadcast on Sportitalia and streamed on ComoTv. This is an important friendly for Como, which aims to test its strength against the English champions ahead of its historic debut in Europe’s top competition.

Arteta will give playing time to new signing Tzolis, who will join Gabriel Jesus and Dowman in the Londoners’ attack. In midfield are Nwaneri, Lewis-Skelly, and Havertz, while the wings will be manned by Mosquera and Calafiori, with Salmon and Hincapie in the center in front of goalkeeper Kepa. On Sunday, the Gunners will compete for their first trophy of the season, the Community Shield, against Manchester City.

Como, which hasn’t particularly shone in its summer friendlies so far, has bolstered its defense with Chalobah, though he is unlikely to start at Emirates Stadium. Fabregas is expected to field a back line consisting of Smolcic, Ramon, Cuenca, and Kaiki. Perrone will partner Lahdo in midfield, while the three attacking midfielders behind lone striker Douvikas will be Diao, Liberali, and Caqueret (Nico Paz is still unavailable).
