Wiltjer è arrived in orogranata on Sept. 21, 2023 and immediately fit into the Reyer system and environment, making available his talent, but also great availability and professionalism" this is the note issued by the Venetian company.
In his first season in Reyerini colors Kyle played 56 games, missing only three official contests. The long Canadian registered 12.4 points in 19.4 minutes average in LBA (with 41% from 3-point range) and 12.2 points (42.7% from 3-point range) in almost 22 minutes in BKT Eurocup. "For me è it was an honor to sign a contract with Umana Reyer already last year because I had the opportunity to live in a City like Venice together with my family and to be part of a great organization that è like a family. I am thrilled to have renewed the agreement because I am convinced that although our season has been positive we will continue the work with a hunger to complete "some unfinished business".
I think it is the perfect situation for us becauseé this club has great ambitions and if we can face the season with the right spirit, desire and union we can achieve even more important goals, in the league and Eurocup. I have played in many places and here in Venice I have settled in very well, as well as my family. I am convinced that it will be a season full of satisfaction and excitement for all enthusiasm. I can't wait to get back to work and start a new journey" these are the first words of Kyle Wiltjer after the renewal became official.
