Frattesi-Kean, Italy goes: 2-1 to Israel

Israel-Italy 1-2
After the great victory at home to France on the first day of the Nations League group stage, Italy repeated against Israel, beaten 2-1 at the Boszik Arena in Budapest, thanks to goals by Davide Frattesi, in the first half, and Moise Kean, in the second half. In the final, the Israelis halved the disadvantage with Abu Fani. Spalletti’s men fly to the top of Group 2 of the Nations League, with 6 points.
Israel started off strong, putting the Azzurri in trouble: at 11 Bellanova è providential with a perfect diagonal to anticipate Solomon, launched one-on-one with Donnarrumma. Four minutes later Italy tried with Dimarco on a free kick but his conclusion è high over the crossbar. On 27’ Bellanova gobbled up the lead, deflecting from an excellent position. At 38’ the Azzurri go through: perfect cross by Dimarco from the left and winning deflection with the chest of Frattesi.
At the start of the second half è the same Frattesi to come close to doubling the score with a close left, somehow repelled by Gerafi. Three minutes later è Donnarumma to save Italy on a two-step shot by Jehezkel. On 62' the Azzurri doubled. Frattesi recovered the ball and served Raspadori, who kicked with his left but found Gerafi’s rebound: on the rebound, Kean ventured to score. At 78' Tonali finds the tris on a tap-in but the goal is disallowed for offside. In the final Israel shortens the distance with Abu Fani who strikes Donnaurumma with a great diagonal right.
In the other match of the group, France overcame Belgium 2-0 thanks to goals by Kolo Muani and Dembelé. The transalpines climb to a share of three points, tied with the same Belgium and behind precisely Italy, lonely first with 6 points. Bringing up the rear is Israel, stuck at 0.
