Jannik Sinner arrives and leaves right after Wimbledon: skips Bolzano party

The private plane carrying Jannik Sinner, the fresh Wimbledon champion, landed at Bolzano’s Dolomiti Airport after a nearly two-hour flight from Northolt, London, when it was 15 minutes to 5 p.m. Monday. The world’s No. 1 tennis player merely took a few steps down the steps to stretch his legs and then immediately re-boarded.
Disembarking were his brother Mark, manager Alex Vittur, and social media manager Alex Meliss with their respective companions, heading by car to the Pustertal valley. Not with Sinner were his parents, Siglinde, who has now become the queen of the web for her very elegant and discreet mannerisms, and Hanspeter.
According to the flight plan, around 6 p.m. the plane departed for Milan Linate. Much to the dismay of the many young fans who waited for him at the airport for selfies and autographs, while the facility was manned by police, carabinieri and financial police.
Somebody behind the fence, however, managed to photograph the racquet ace from afar as he smiled and climbed back onto the aircraft headed for his next destination, presumably Monte Carlo, momentarily leaving his beloved mountains to relax after the huge London feat.
