Stefan Schwoch still believes in Genoa. And he gives Gilardino some advice
The words of Stefan Schwoch
Former footballer Stefan Schwoch spoke to the microphones of TuttoMercatoWeb Radio during the Piazza Affari program about the Serie B championship and Genoa in particular.
So far there has been more than one team that has disappointed in the cadet series but Schwoch gave hope to the Ligurian club: “Yes, there are teams that are disappointing, such as Como, Venezia, Cagliari, Genoa or Benevento. A different championship was expected from all of them. However, Cagliari can get back into the race, as can Genoa.”
Just on the Grifone he added: “Surely Blessin’s game has never favored the attackers. I believe there has been a general difficulty in the approach to the league. However, the squad is valuable and in my opinion should play with the 4-3-3.”
Finally, he concluded with a comment on Spal: “It is one of the teams that is disappointing d most, especially because the rose at the level of quality is there. There is something from the structural point of view instead that is not working. There is time to get up again, but if by changing coach the result is the same perhaps there is something more to evaluate.”
