Roma, Ivan Juric increasingly in the balance: a suggestive comeback takes shape
Claudio Ranieri’s odds are rising for post-Ivan Juric
The heavy knock against Fiorentina has put Ivan Juric’s position on the Roma bench in serious danger. The Croatian coach, in fact, will playà his future in the next two league matches with Torino and Hellas Verona. The Giallorossi management, however, would already be screening possible replacements in the event of the exoneration of the former Genoa coach, and in the last few hours the hypothesis of a suggestive comeback would have taken shape.
According to a report by "Il Corriere dello Sport", the Friedkin's latest idea would be to call Claudio Ranieri back to the capital, who would go on to serve as first-team coach until the end of the season and then become the club's new technical director starting in 2026.
It would be, at the moment to be excluded, a return of Daniele De Rossi, who would not be among the various profiles sounded out by the Giallorossi management despite having signed a three-year contract with the Capitolini.
Roma currently occupies the 11th position with 10 points in the standings, with a haul of 2 wins, 4 draws and 3 defeats.
