The center forward è owned by Napoli

The loan at Galatasaray is doing well for Osimhen and, consequently, for Napoli as well. The Nigerian center forward has started his new adventure in Turkey great. In the league, he has already scored four goals (in five games) and, above all, è the team’s offensive reference point.

Osimhen feels comfortable at Galatasaray and, in turn, the club knows it has a real top player on its hands. Ozbek, president of Galatasaray, is reportedly pushing to pull off a real market spree. There would, in fact, be a willingness to buy, outright, the Nigerian center forward, currently owned by Napoli.

The math is soon done. If, as it seems, Osimhen will remain at Galatasaray until the end of the current season, the rescission clause to "free himself" from Napoli would drop to 75 million euros. This is the amount the Turkish club would have to invest to put the forward under contract (and then find forò also an understanding at the economic level).

Napoli, on the strength of a contract until June 2026 (but with an option to renew for another season), is looking closely at Osimhen’s performance in Turkey. The more he plays well, the more he is revalued in the market. If Galatasaray cannot find a way to buy him, someone else will step up, at least this è the thinking of the Neapolitan club.
