Eddie Jordan rehashes Lewis Hamilton and stings Ferrari

During an episode of the Podcast "Formula for Success", Irish entrepreneur Eddie Jordan, among other topics, è returned to the decision by Ferrari to hire Lewis Hamilton thus giving up Carlos Sainz, who signed for Williams.

"I asked John Elkann what they had in mind when they decided to send Sainz away. I cannot explain such a decision, since with Carlos Ferrari had a well-structured team, with two drivers who worked well together and got along well" began the Irish businessman.

"Hamilton è a very nice guy, perhaps among the nicest guys on the grid, but è it was real suicide for Elkann to send Sainz away" added Eddie Jordan.

In a previous episode of the podcast, in addition, the Dublin native had made no secret of his skepticism about Ferrari’s decision to bet on the seven-time world champion, who è has been the protagonist of a complicated season finale: "Honestly, if I were in Ferrari I would tell Lewis that we don’t need him anymore and I would look for a way out to terminate his contract. The advice I would give Hamilton è to remember that he has many other things in life such as music and fashion. In the eyes of most people è he is already considered the greatest driver of all time, so a good exit è always the best thing and this would be the right time to quit".
