Pisa and Sassuolo receive the Let’s Build Kindness in Sports Award

Pisa and Sassuolo awarded

Before the match between Pisa and Sassuolo, an award ceremony featuring the two clubs.

Giuseppe Corrado, president of Pisa Sporting and Giovanni Carnevali, ad of Sassuolo received the Building Kindness in Sport Award from Gaia Simonetti and Chiara Castellani, ambassadors of kindness.

The Building Kindness Award è was presented for the initiative, which saw Pisa among the protagonists, "Light the beacon that è in you" which aims to spread the culture of kindness among young people and for the project "A four-legged goal" which sees Sassuolo supporting the kennel and cattery Punto & Virgola  to promote the’adoption of dogs and cats present at the inter-municipal facility in Magreta-Formigine (MO).

The kindness ambassador shirt, designed by the children, symbol of the Building Kindness in Sport Award, è went to, among others, Guglielmo Vicario, Federica Cappelletti, Anna Astori, in memory of her son Davide, Claudio Ranieri, Giorgio Chiellini, Elisabet Spina, Filippo Macchi and Daniele Cassioli.
