Many absences in the Rossoneri household

Today Milan takes on Dinamo Zagreb. A decidedly tricky away match for the Diavolo, who are called upon to win to make sure they remain among the top eight in the standings and thus snatch the pass to the Champions League round of 16 without having to face the play-offs.

Conceiçao, back from not easy days with several off-field issues to be resolved (primarily the well-known quarrel with Calabria), è grappling with many defections. Florenzi, Thiaw, Emerson Royal and Loftus-Cheek will not be in the match, in addition to Jimenez, Jovic and Walker who are not on the UEFA list. Also, to be remembered that Florenzi è disqualified.

As promised immediately after the challenge with Parma, Leao and Thoe Hernandez, who were substituted at the end of the first leg against the Ducali, will definitely be starters. The anti-Dinamo Zagreb lineup è practically already done. In front of Maignan, Theo Hernandez, Gabbia, Pavlovic and Tomori will act, the latter employed as an outside defender.

The two central midfielders will be Fofana (disqualified for the Derby) and one of Musah and Bennacer. Otherwise, only confirmations with Reijnders in the role of trequartista and Leao and Pulisic behind Morata. The Spaniard will get another chance to prove his worth as a goleador as well. In total, there are eight previous matches between the two teams, with six Rossoneri successes and one for the Croatians (one draw). Milan is only interested in getting to seven wins.
