Turin Transfer Market: Push for a New Winger; the Player Has Given His “Yes”

Torino, in search of a winger to complement the roster already at Ignazio Abate’s disposal, has received an important development: Niccolò Fortini has seriously opened up to the possibility of wearing the Granata jersey—a turning point that shifts the balance of the negotiations and, in effect, puts the club ahead of the competition.
The talented 2006-born Fiorentina player is also being pursued by Hull City, a club newly promoted to the Premier League, but he has chosen to take his time before accepting a transfer abroad. It is precisely this pause that has allowed Torino to step in decisively, approaching the young fullback directly. The idea of staying in Italy, developing in Serie A, and working within a technical environment that considers him a priority has swayed his decision.
As reported by Sky Sport, Torino has already initiated talks with Fiorentina and is working on a deal that satisfies both parties: a loan with an option to buy: this solution would allow Torino to invest in the young player without an overly heavy immediate financial commitment and enable Fiorentina to retain some control over the player’s future. Hull City remains vigilant and has not given up, but is now forced to play catch-up.
Fortini, who had already played on loan during the 2024–2025 season while wearing the Juve Stabia jersey, is thus nearing a decision that could mark a major turning point in his career. Torino, for its part, has identified him as the ideal fit to round out its wing play and provide Abate with a promising young player who can be immediately integrated into the rotation.
