Torino routs Lecce amid tensions and sees Europe zone

Torino overcame Lecce 2-0 in the 12:30 p.m. match of the 26th day of Serie A. Juric’s team came out on top thanks to first-half goals by Singo in the 20th minute on an assist from Miranchuk and Sanabria in the 23rd minute on a pass from Radonjic.
After the devastating Granata one-two, tensions rose at the Via del Mare: around the half-hour mark a brawl broke out involving several players, as many as five were cautioned by referee Sacchi.
In the second half, Torino controlled the reaction of the hosts and scored a golden victory, which allows them to temporarily climb to seventh position, -5 from Atalanta. Lecce 15th.
