Secret Nick Kyrgios seen by his mother: “He’s finally changed”

Son’s secrets, just hours before the most important day of his career.

Nick Kyrgios is preparing to face Novak Djokovic in the Wimbledon final, and on the eve of the super challenge on London’s grass, it was his mother Norlaila who spoke about him, in an interview granted to the ‘Sydney Morning Herald’.

The woman, a member of the royal family of the Sultanate of Selangor in Malaysia, wanted to recount her son’s magical moment, but also the many difficulties he has faced in the past years. “The most important thing is that, finally, Nick is satisfied with the goals he has achieved,” explained Norlaila Kyrgios. “Before, he didn’t care about anything; when he was little he spent all his time playing video games. He was even in danger of having shoulder problems, but he didn’t seem to care about that.”

A sad and dark personal phase that Nick Kyrgios now seems to have put behind him. “I can also see it from his Instagram Stories, and I understand that he has finally been able to change. He is now able to enjoy life, I am very happy for him and the way his existence has changed,” added the Australian outfielder’s mother.
