A few weeks ago, during an interview granted to ‘Oggi’, Paola Egonu had announced that she had a new love, but did not want to specify whether it was a man or a woman. “I like people, gender matters little,” she had specified.

Now the phenomenal volleyball player has in fact come out of the closet with a series of pictures posted on social media: they depict her in the company of boyfriend Michal Filip, with whom she spent a few days of vacation in Poland.

The setter next season will also play in Turkey, as will Egonu, who left Imoco Conegliano for a new adventure with Champions League holder VakifBank Istanbul.
